My research is based on the collection of kitsch objects, often furniture, which I find in living spaces in the local area to then use them in my work, loading them with new meaning and adapting them to my own emotions. These object are without an aesthetic of their own, but are of great nostalgic and superstitious value for those who own them and display them in their homes. It’s right on the shelves, on the furniture and walls of these houses, taverns, bar and even cars that I focus my attention.
