Explaining a simple way to remember the ancient names hidden deep beneath the earth (whisper of the fossil-bones of our species ancestors churning in their tectonic cradle on the ocean floor battered by the waves compressed over thousands of years mutating and congealing the fossils of soft and vertebrate angels fluxing into thick and glossy darkness born again as power), you took a piece of limestone and began scratching figures on a large stone. I shaped them from the sand and gave them life, I watched over them for three days in their breath and their postures. At last they returned to the earth and water to complete their unknowable transformations.
