Fallen Angels traces how artists use myth, embodiment, and digital poetics to construct protective idols—figures that mediate desire, memory, and the self in a world shaped by fantasy and algorithm. With angelic entities converging from Asia, Europe, and North America, Fallen Angels presents a series of soft ruptures: digital subjectivities brought into fragile material form, cosmologies that glitch between the personal and the invented, and identities that flicker between self-preservation and surrender.
This inaugural exhibition marks the debut of nun, a Brooklyn sister pop-up space to alt projects, Los Angeles.
